Brands We’ve Served

I’m Sandra Pérez. I founded Marcoux Strategies after nearly two decades developing communications strategies and campaigns for Fortune 50 companies, Federal agencies, non-profits, and government contractors.

As I developed technical skills and learned tough leadership lessons, I discovered patterns of problems and repeatable processes that help solve them, so I launched my own fractional CMO consulting practice to help more organizations meet the moment. Today, I work with cross functional leadership teams to align their organization’s vision and voice to tell its full story.

I’ve served on various executive teams in the Federal contracting community. Most recently, I led communications, marketing, corporate citizenship and editorial and research services for two large consulting firms, and helped several small businesses grow as a leader in corporate operations. I’ve managed programs for the CDC, USAID, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense and developed crisis communications strategies for large commercial companies. I got my start in broadcast journalism and maintain my passion for asking questions, listening critically, and staying curious.
